The Midland program operates out of a state-of-the-art facility. Stadium field has a newly turfed infield along with indoor batting cages, outdoor batting cages, weight room, newly renovated press box, 3 fields total,  scouting areas, offices, and full service concession stand and a Midland Baseball Gift Shop. Street and Smith's Sports Business Journal wrote "it could easily rival higher-level minor league facilities." These facilities also serve as an off-season workout center for former players as well as area high school and college teams.
